1. Cancellation 25 Days Prior:

   • For cancellations made 25 days or more before the scheduled activity, a 30% retention fee will be charged.
   • You will be eligible for a 70% refund of the total booking amount.

2. Cancellation 15 Days Prior:

   • Cancellations made between 25 days and 15 days before the scheduled activity will incur a 50% retention fee.
   • You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

3. Cancellation 7 Days Prior:

   • If you cancel your booking 7 days or less before the scheduled activity, no refund will be issued.
   • The full booking amount will be retained to cover costs incurred and compensate for the short notice.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled activity without prior notification, no refund will be issued. No-shows disrupt our scheduling and may prevent other guests from participating in the activity.

Exceptions: In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other emergencies, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or adjust our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis as necessary.

Changes to Bookings: If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or modifying the number of participants, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes to bookings may be subject to availability and additional fees.
